We start with a general introduction to the data exchange process and the use of the Evailable service. Together with your team, we analyse the diversity of your charging stations and select the optimal onboarding path based on the latest findings from our network.

1 | Design phase

Together with your team, we investigate your charger models in operation and sketch a route for the onboarding process, involving the latest learnings from our existing customer base.

Define the technical requirements for data exchange now. Evailable offers you the flexibility you need, especially for model-specific messages or the connection to your ticketing system - new requirements are implemented wherever possible.

2 | Prepare for data exchange

Establishing the technical requirements for data exchange. We can provide the required flexibility if you like to use charger-specific notifications or connect your leading ticketing system. Customizations can be implemented by Evailable.

Our experts accompany the integration of your interfaces and test all Evailable functions so that all master data of your charging points can be included for consistent charging network management.

3 | Integration tests

Integration of your interfaces and testing of all Evailable functionalities will be provided and ensured by our experts. The necessary operating data from the charging points is imported in order to display uniform indicators for all of your charger models.

Evailable is ready for use after successful integration testing: on-site or online training enables users to effectively use and customise their dashboard for EV charging stations and charging points.

4 | Ready to operate

After successful integration testing by our team, Evailable is ready for use in your organization. Onsite and online training sessions are available. During this training, your users can also set up and customize their dashboard.
